Republic School District currently enrolls more than 5,000 students across eight buildings, spanning grades from early childhood through high school, according to information published by the district.
The district employs more than 850 certified and classified staff members. District materials describe staff working together to create what they call a "safe, successful learning environment."
The district's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, known as the CSIP, centers on what the district describes as the "whole student" and the "whole staff member." All district buildings also implement a program called "Leader in Me," which the district says is designed to build leadership skills, life skills, and positive school culture.
